I have been using them for several years. I think their service is great - salt delivery. I rely on them for this service.
Gave them 3 tries to correct issues without correction. Phone notification reminders were never right. Ended up having twelve empty jugs at one point and no water. Changed drivers so often that no one ever knew what was going on. Was promised credit to the account at the end after dispenser was picked up and then they sent the bill to collections that they said they would take care of. DO NOT RECOMMEND .
