Excellent customer service and very friendly
Horrible communication. I called on a Tuesday and spoke to a lady who said that having Culligan come out on Friday between 3:00-4:00 wouldn't be a problem. Culligan rang our doorbell at 12:20. My husband and I are both work away from home hence why I scheduled the appointment. They WILL NOT make a actual scheduled appointment you have to be available when they call within the 2 hour window. ALSO if I have another company come service our equipment it voids the warranty. It was a mistake to have Culligan in the first place.
Well I made an appointment for this Wednesday and as usual they didn’t show up imagine that. Been trying to call them and they won’t answer the phone I left a message which they won’t call back. I bought this softer because the guy that sold it to said I can assure you we can fix your water that has and rust and sulfur. Gave 4500.00 for a softer that is worth less and the people at the Lima Ohio facility are about the same.
