As I shared on the company evaluation. A concern about bad tasting water got a filter change and system inspection scheduled. After the home visit the system was back to good status.
These folks were manning one of the water stations for the 4014 Big Boy's visit to Continental today. JOB WELL DONE folks. Well done. For as hot a day as it is, they didnt need to be there, but they and all other personell made sure there was plenty of water to go around for the crowds amidst the heat. Thank you for making this visit wonderful for everyone today.
Culligan could not repair my existing Culligan softener which was 35 years old so had a salesman, Peyton, make an appointment to test my water and show me the options available. We made an agreement and the unit was installed within the week by a very professional technician, Michael. They were both professional, informative and very polite. I would highly recommend a Culligan softener and their team.
We have a culligan system in our house when we purchased it and I called to get it serviced. On the phone there was a lot of confusion of where we were and when I asked about service plans the person told me I have to ask the service person when they came out. The service person came out told me I need a new system and it is only about 7 years old. I then get a bill from them for almost $250. Canceled my plan after 6 years due to constant billing and service issues. Got to the point that my bill was messed up monthly and I'd have to call in to have it fixed. They delivered me a new bottle dispenser 3x and because they kept delivering dirty and broken ones (I was paying to rent this). They finally agreed to lower my bill and give me a brand-new dispenser but this was sadly after I told them I needed to cancel my service.
