Very disappointed with culligan they billed us for services before even finished. We had to reach out to them multiple times to finish the filters on our water filtration system and they said they couldn't help with the water softener even though they installed it because it was too old but they gave us a large service charge for it. Will be looking for services elsewhere because we asked about a new softener and they said they would look into it and let us know. Guess what? Great service and awesome folks to help if you need it. Never had an issue they couldn’t resolve. Drivers are friendly, always ready and willing to assist. I’ve been with Culligan for close to 20 years in a couple of different locations and they have never failed to meet our needs or go the extra mile for us.
It's hard to believe, as a European, that not every American has a Culligan Watersoftner System. Demi and her Team guided us, with different variations of Watersoftner System, to one that is tailored to our well and our needs. Thank you Culligan Lady & Team
