I moved into my house September of 2017 and the Culligan water softener unit was already installed. I appreciate the auto salt delivery and any time I have questions or concerns, everyone I speak with at the office is always friendly and helpful. I recently had a technician out over some concerns (that turned out to be fine) and he was very professional, explained what the unit was doing and why and filled it up with salt while he was here. I definitely would recommend Culligan!
I have been a customer of Culligan of Buffalo, MN for over the past six years in two homes. I leased a water softener with salt delivery for five years in my last home. I have leased a bottled water dispenser with bottled water delivery customer in both of my homes. The bottled water is first rate. The dependability of my leased water softener unit was sub-par with two rounds of major repairs required. We rented a water softener from the Buffalo Culligan for many years, and when we moved, we now have a Reverse Osmosis drinking system installed. We love the drinking water system! We would have purchased our water softener from our old house (when you rent, there's a buy it option as you go), but the new house had one already.
