Great service. Dave, the Culligan service rep did a verification of the softener system to determine if any malfunctions. Explained each step as he was performing the service. Excellent!
The customer service was above and beyond, as was the timeliness and quality of service provided.
We appreciate having the bags of salt delivered on a schedule and placed into the water softener barrel now that we are unable to lift the bags.

My family and I have had Culligan in the farm house for years and in the mobile home since 1991. I love the salt delivery and when I did have trouble with the timer on the softener they were here in a short order. Very kind and courteous and explained to me how to set it myself. 👍
