Just talked to a really rude person on the phone at this location, we just got a water softener and RO installed about a month ago and I was gone on a trip and came back to no power due to a storm. Called Culligan to see how to reset the softener alor see if they can do it but because I work til 6 pm every day our schedules don’t align, I asked about having someone come out Saturday and she said we don’t work weekends. It is nice to have the salt delivered and put in the softener for me. My delivery man Donny is very kind and professional and I can rely on his timely delivery.
Some of the delivery drivers like to flirt but overall their services really good
