My son rented a reverse osmosis and water softener from Culligan for 3 years. The contract was up. He sold his house and the equipment was left in the house. The new owner wanted my son to pay for the water softener or purchase her a new one. He decided to replace it with a new one from home Depot. Culligan wanted $2,700 for equipment that was 3 years old. He was able to purchase a new water softener and osmosis system for $1,400 installed. Horrible customer service from this office. Same rude lady as always. Wish I could use the marlette office. I'm definitely done with culligan after this last call.
The water is good and the delivery person is great. The customer service sucks! I spoke with a rude uncaring woman today about a charge I still don't understand. A family member forgot to put an empty bottle outside so they dropped it off within hours the same day of delivery and was charged an over the counter fee even though we've been getting the same amount of bottles of water for more than a few years now.
