I’m seeking legal recourse concerning you Mr Cullen!
Have called many times over repairs, they come find an excuse to leave,and it doesn't get fixed, I've had,mice, bugs, non stop partying neighbors!!!!, Not happy at this point
The fact that I wish there was a fraction of a star option should tell you how this goes. Rejected upon application because I am on Social Security Disability and it cannot be garnished if they want money. They would rather have someone that may get fired, or otherwise unemployed, so they can sue them. They view someone with a guaranteed paycheck as a bad applicant. Do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid doing business with these shady folks. Nothing good can come from "Can we sue you?" as a criteria for tenancy.
The worst landlords ever. Trying to make me over pay on rent and telling me I'm behind when I am ahead nearly 2 whole months. The property I live on is in violation of so many health code violations. They NEED to be taken down and gotten rid of.
This is the worst landlord ever. I had a flawless rental history, on disability, and had a paper mix up which caused me to falk behind. They dinged me for an eviction after being a loyal tenant and fixing up the property. Absolutely the worst, most corrupt pieces of shit I have ever dealt with. They should not even be allowed to operate around here any more. The worst.. ever.
This is the absolute worst. Don Cullen is the worst person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Everyone in my neighborhood has pets. A lady has a blind friggin horse, and geese in her backyard. He came to my house, screaming at me, and tried coming in my home numerous times without stating who he was, or giving notice. Mean and cold. Never again will I rent with them.
They are good to work with but the house we are in needs some updateing.
