They did a great job on my feet my only complaint is that I made it very clear that I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I came there at 5 pm and got done at 6pm . I was told I would not be able to not get a "Design nor a french tip only I will only receive a regular polish ", because they was too busy which is crazy being that this a nail shop. Everytime I come it's always a freaking wait due to short staffing, since Sony left its seems it's been going to . I won't be coming here nomore. They are nice people and do good work b... read more
My first time there today the lady that did my nails was so rude. She had an attitude, online it says complimentary drinks i was not offered anything not even the massage chair. My feet came out really cute but my nails are ugly. I did not want to put up the fight about it so i just dealt with it & paid without a tip. I will not be returning. The customer service was overall a 1/10. The service was 3/10 only because my toes are cute and my nails are ugly. The shape is not square and some are uneven
Really disappointed in the service and the quality of my nails I have been coming here for over 4 years and unfortunately I am going to have to find a new nail salon .. I am very simple and lately they have not been able to deliver simplicity… The whole staff is new and My nails are Lifting within a week the shape is not to my liking if I say something about it they go back and forth instead of trying to fix it . I’m feeling rushed and the service is not up to par anymore ..
My first visit here and got acrylic powder overlay on my nails and a pedicure. I liked how my nails turned out. They lasted during my vacation. Emma did my hands, and the older gentleman did my feet. The place was clean and accommodating. Pricing is fair. I will come back here again.
The WORST service ever!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY or TIME! They post the prices and try to over charge you. They are dirty and rude. No AC inside….so it’s smelly and hot! This place needs to be closed down! ASAP
