The front office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The doctor and assistant were professional and extremely helpful.
He is not thorough enough nor do I like his manner. It seems a lot of people like him but he is not the right doctor for me. I also was not told that the orthotics they put in my shoes while on the first visit would not be able to be submitted for insurance so I had to pay $70 for them. I am not sure if I could have even returned them after they put them in my shoes before I had to pay for them at the end of the visit. Dr Cullen is great! I had one surgery and about to have another. I completely trust his skills!
Dr. Cullen seemed to be knowledgeable at first. He sent me to get rocker bottoms on my shoe's. Not measuring, he made an assumption on where the rocker should be placed. After spending $150, (insurance didn't cover) the rocker was placed incorrectly on one shoe. In returning to his office, I was not only treated poorly by Dr. Cullen, his nurse, Lisa, was just as rude. Needless to say, I spent another $50 trying to rectify his mistake ??
Excellent care. Dr. Cullen is very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything and listened to my concerns. He made me feel comfortable. His staff is friendly and professional. The office is clean, modern and easily accessible. Had bunion surgery 8 weeks ago and it went great. I'm satisfied and will go back to Dr. Cullen for any future work.
So I been having horrible ankle and foot pain for years do to having excessive hyperpronated flat feet which has caused a lot of damage to other areas of my body including back and knee and hip degeneration. This has been a major issue for years I have spent hundreds of dollars on inserts orthotic shoes physical therapy u name it. So I saw dr Cullen twice and that was enough for me. He didn't even listen to any of my concerns nor did he seem to care.
Just saw Dr Cullen for the first time today. I have never felt so comfortable like I did. He put all my worries and ease and his staff is top notch!! I would highly recommend Dr Cullen to anybody. I will definitely be coming back if the need arises.
Well i do not know where to start.I have been going to Mike for the last 8 years or so. We have had some ups and downs! but i always trusted Dr. Cullen. we have had a few foot operations.Now my feet are fine! instead of seeing Mike every week I see Mike once every 6 months. Because of DR.CULLEN i have both of my feet. There is no doctor in Omaha better to take care of your FEET!! and his STAFF is also GREAT!!. Robert Clark S.R.
