They refuse to warranty their products and work within days of taking back their work. Terrible people to deal with when they make mistakes or the product they sell you malfunctions. Added note, they used duct tape and an abundance of zip ties when simply cutting the wires to size would have sufficed. Steer clear of this place. Save yourself the headache. Find a reputable shop. These guys are not interested in anything other than taking your money and tellling you off.
Took $16k + from us, gave us a truck back with a vaccum modulator which should never be used with the specific drive train set up. Which almost cause a major accident on highway 97. I had my 1 year old in a car seat in the truck. The truck couldn't tell when gear to select because the vacuum modulator doesn't belong in the truck. They put a sandwich bag around the old pig tail for the vacuum pump that is to be there. They left four feet of excess hose on the manifold. Just sitting there. Really hack job of a Jerry rig. Terrible service throughout the entire process. No communication from shop before performing maintenance or work outside the scope of the original work order. Using inferior parts. Using techniques not approved by the manufacturer of the equipment they're servicing. Going against manufacturer specifications as listed in manuals related to the machine they're repairing.
