I have attended two of their boot camps and just signed up for a third. it was so much fun and I learned such a great deal that has made a tremendous difference in my baking essentials. I attended both the Modern Cake and the Chocolates class, both amazing.
Just completed the Instant Pot + Sous Vide Boot Camp and not only did I have so much fun, but I learned so much. Chef Lauren was wonderful as well as all the staff at CulinaryLab. They were all so sweet and so helpful. I don't consider myself a good cook and was nervous about keeping up in the class, but I was so comfortable and everything was demonstrated so well. It was such a great experience and I can't wait to return for their 12 week beginner's course.

The Chefs here are not just teaching recipes, they are teaching you the science of cooking. That foundational knowledge makes you a better cook at home or as a professional. The courses taught at the Culinary Lab are simply amazing and everyone should give it a try.
