Always busy but usually friendly, helpful staff
The building is state of the art , the people who work there are in the lower end when it comes to care , especially if you go there for a walk in minimum 2 hours wait while they indulge you with laughs and chatters coming from every corner of the building including the front desk, you can hear them loudly how excited they are to go home and party. Go somewhere else for a quick care , it’s worth paying your copayments.
During my visit, a nurse behaved in a dismissive, judgmental, and deeply unprofessional manner. My private medical diagnosis was spoken about loudly and outside of a confidential setting. At one point, I was told the doctor was with another patient; immediately afterward, my diagnosis was repeated out loud in a way that made it seem questionable or fabricated. I went in yesterday with an emergency for my eyes, I was supposed to get a prescription, however Erika Coulson gave me the wrong address to the pharmacy, wrong hours of operation and wrong info in everything. Hopefully will do the right thing next time.
