Finding a pediatrician who doesn't treat patients like a number is rare, but Dr Rafei is truly exceptional. My preteens had been under the care of a large pediatrics practice in Columbia since they were babies, but we felt more and more like a part on an assembly line. Dr Rafei is so different!
