We were referred here after my son's family dentist found a broken baby tooth. I took my son here for about 1.5 years and one day out of the blue they sent me a letter saying they were dismissing him due to being late for appointments.... First of all I was only about 10min late 1 time about year prior to this happening, but nobody ever said anything to me about that being a problem. We were quoted $250 (without insurance) for a checkup and cleaning (no x-rays) for a 2 year old. Absolute insanity! They're obviously not hurting for patients, a ton of people recommend them and it takes several months to get an appointment, so it leads one to believe it's just greed! A quick google search can find an article from the dentist bragging about how successful his 6+ figure business is. Sure, congrats to him, but c'mon! I’m disappointed with our recent experience at Cuvier Creek Pediatric Dentistry. We had what felt like a very pleasant 6 month check up visit with my three children, and everything seemed to go well at the time. However, shortly after, we received a letter in the mail stating that our family was being dismissed from the practice. Definitely loved this dental office! It is super cute and kid friendly. There was a confusion with my insurance but they are amazing at helping figure it out and even though my child is a bit older than they normally see they still took amazing care of him. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience which is not always the case with dental offices. I went ahead and made his 6mo appointment even though they are out of network cus it was that good!
