Dr Qiu was extremely caring and very informed. The information she gave me about my diagnosis was helpful and clear. She was precise in her prescription of medications and her prescribed behaviors while I was in the adjustment period. If it were not for the fact that she is not in my insurance network - she would still be my neurologist. Excellent care and amazing knowledge! She's a great doctor.
She doesn't seem like she truly cares about her patients. And then they ask you to get there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork for you to sit in the exam room for at least an hour before even seeing the doc. Why make appointments if you can't keep them?
I am very pleased with Dr Qiu and the in office staff. Fairly easy to obtain last minute appointments as needed. Accepts my healthplan. She was very patient. Wait times can vary & I have waited up to an hour even with an appointment.
Pam in the billing department is amazing! People like her make the world go round.
