Special thanks to Michelle @ Norcross/PC for the delicious sample of beef. After taking care of a work issue, I took it home, processed it to my particular style using a chopper, chopped it nice and FINE, and enjoyed sampling the different sauces. I'm still partial to hickory-smoke sauce, though. I'll be back for more. Even though I'm a GA native, I still like a finely-chopped BEEF sandwich, HOME FRIES, and whatever drink suits me at the time, be that sweet tea or a big ol' beer.
Amazing food! We ordered a full rack of ribs, and the macaroni and cheese and potato salad-ahhhh delicious. Great atmosphere too! They had love music!
I've been to this location about 3 times now. Each time the food has been the best barbecue I've ever had, which is amazing to me because I'm not a barbecue kinda guy. It's just not my forte. However, this restaurant has changed my point of view with their amazing menu. Take away the menu options and you have a great atmosphere, live music from time to time, and great service. Best BBQ restaurant I've ever eaten at. All the meats - ribs, pork, chicken - are sublime. And fresh vegetables? WHAT? I'll never forget the butternut squash and onions wrapped in foil. My mouth's watering just thinking about it. All the furniture is homemade with a personal touch through every inch of the place. Friendly staff, good for families and great music. All for a great value. Can't wait to eat there again.
I had the BBQ Brisket sandwich and Bacon Beans. Very disappointed, the BBQ was tough and did not have a BBQ flavor, but it was more like roast beef. The beans had good flavor but they were a little under done. I was hoping that this would be a place to return to, but sadly this missed the mark.
Food was so good. So glad to see a great restaurant in that area. I'll be back here plenty.
