Last nite my wife and I had a light dinner. We each had a soup and we split a roasted peppers, mozzorella cheese and prosciutto salad. The bottom line was, the bread was dry and tastless. Unheard of in any descent Italian resturant. The prosciutto was dry and cut thick and also tastless. Won't be back. Poor excuse for Italian food.
Eating in, it can get a bit pricey. However the atmosphere and service are great. Otherwise, you can get cheap takeout meals. The serving size is pretty decent, as I tend to eat a lot and they fill me up pretty well.
Food is not bad but by no means is it great. However the price is right and the portions are enormous so at the end of the day it's a great deal for college students.
Great value. Porcini mushroom soup is a must-have. Generous portions and very good preparations. Service can be spotty.
