We've had them out 3 times for 2 separate issues. Their punctual, friendly accurate in diagnosis, honest, and don't try to upsell or argue about warranty work. Even with my almost 20 year old unit. I won't call anyone else.
RecommendedGreat company! They came out and replaced everything in our attic and the outside unit in the middle of June. I felt horrible because I know it was unbelievably hot that day, but they never complained. Extremely nice guys and cleaned up after themselves.
Fast and friendly service, came out on a Saturday within a couple hours of calling when our A/C went out and fixed the issue in no time. Highly recommend.
I love these folks. We got a great deal on an AC system. They put it in fast while I was at work. They cleaned up the mess from the old system. They even vacuumed the mess that escaped from the attic. The only evidence that I could find was the new system, the old pad and a packing strap. This is the type of customer service that just doesn't exist anymore. I am beyond pleased.
Shelby came out today (Saturday-of course that’s when my AC will go out!) He was so nice and knowledgeable! I will definitely call Cucco’s for all my AC needs! Thanks so much for being available on Saturday!!
