Have been a customer for 6 years and now cannot even get a phone call returned. Been having an ongoing problem with air handler they installed filling up drain pan to near point of overflow. They quoted me price to install new drain pain but my gut kept telling me the pan was not the problem. After 6 weeks of not even getting a simple phone call returned I call another AC guy. RecommendedCucco's has serviced and fixed my AC unit and now my heater. They are great people and provide excellent service!!! I definitely recommend! I also purchased the maintenance plan for them to service my unit twice a year.
Super friendly and knowledgeable team. I had to have a new unit put in. I called and got quotes from five different companies. I wanted a specific brand of unit and my normal A/C company doesn't sell it. Cucco's had the best price and I was very pleased with the service. They installed my unit today, just one day after I called them. Definitely recommend them!
Called on a Saturday morning and serviceman was at my home within 2 hours. His Diagnosis was quick and thorough. My central heating was fixed. I will use them again and tell my friends.

Came out on a Sunday, was there before he said he would be. Fixed my ac within mins and the price is amazing!! We have used them before and now again and we will continue . Thank you Cuccos's!!!
**** came out and charged our system. 2 months later system is low again due to an accident by roofers. He came out, charged system and gave me a quote to replace my 14 year old system. Quick service, reasonable prices for work done.
