The management company responds immediately and positively to my requests for maintenance. The owner personally helped me solve a problem with my internet when the rest of his team was busy. The online system for payment and maintenance requests is easy to use, and management staff is friendly and professional. The building is clean and very well maintained. The management is extremely helpful and responds to all the service requests promptly. The apartments are new and clean. I have loved living here.
Management was great, they were always quick to answer my questions and quick to fix any issues IF I had any (maybe 2 if that). I lived there for 2 years and really enjoyed the small gestures (during Christmas) they have with all the tenants. They continue to add small but appreciative things like checkers and board games. I enjoyed my time there with no issues! Oh and if you get around via bus they offer the ORCA card, I didn’t need it but for those of you that do they offer it!
