Felecia is d besss …. Fully recommend 10/10 service
I wasn’t sure what to expect and renting storage spaces the staff were pretty rude, then I met Felecia, she was pleasant and very cordial. Answered all of my questions and even gave some insight. She’s one of the most pleasant and competent people I’ve come across in a while (seems you can’t get good customer service anymore). I recommend if getting a storage space on West Colonial around the Ocoee area, definitely speak with Felecia and everything will go smoothly.
Kwan was such a respectful person even tho it rained real hard he still took me on the tour threw hurricane weather her even answered all my problems and concern with great customer service skills I would love to see him grow within the company to own a running operation for cube Smart great work !!!
