There are never any people to serve customers. The "open" sign is always on, but the employees aren't there, and there's always a sign saying they'll be back at a certain time, but they never return at the time indicated on the sign.

We are downsizing and found this place. 5 x 10 was too small and they have 5 x 15. Price is much cheaper and Felecia is funny and helpful.

I had a great experience with CubeSmart. There is a store manager I spoke with on 11/15/25 who called me "love" and gave me so much helpful information, last minute assistance, and was really thorough! She said this isn't her regular location, I went to 7400 West Colonial Drive, and I wish I had gotten her name, but she was incredible and I hope they give her a raise because she solved everything that would've made me give a lesser review.

I have used a couple of storage units and the customer service was awful and so was the units. Since I’ve been with CubesSmart Ms. Felelicia has been awesome. She has provided excellent customer service each time I come in to make a payment. She always greets me with a beautiful smile. Thanks Ms. Felecia
