I just got a new unit and yuniah was so very helpful.
Every time I have an issue with my code/unit the office ends up being closed for a while during operating hours. It really throws off my schedule since I have to wait for someone to come back. It’s 4:45 p.m, and I’m still waiting, almost 40 mins. It’s not the first time this is happening. Bad costumer service!!!
Yuniah is the best she has great customer service skills and always helps with whatever is needed !! GIVE HER A PROMOTION
