I was renting at this unit when it was Cube Smart, which had available carts and prorated move in/move out rents. Public Storage took over suddenly and I had to sign their agreement to keep my unit. Things went down from there: no more public moving carts available - I had to buy one of my own. The parking lot, hallways and elevators started being covered in trash.
