I put automatic payment and they never charged me even though i requested that and left my card number. They never sent the bill or any email/ text (as they said they did) and just randomly charged me almost 200$ more as “late fee” that I was never told there was or that the payment didn’t go through. They will just over charge you with random invented fees.
Super easy to coordinate and manage needs. Jessica was really helpful when I was in a pinch! The storage unit is accessible at good times, I appreciated the ease in access and the price was affordable for storing over 100 boxes.
Mary Lou was extremely generous when it came to assisting me in my storage issues. She was especially amazing in telling which unit is best suited regarding the amount of items I planned on storing
