I am a customer of Extraspace. I found out that my rate had increased by $10.00. I contacted Isabel and she advised me that a mailer was sent out to me stating the rent increase. I told her I’m on a fixed income and she went above in customer service for me. Giving me a promotional rate for 3-6 months. I was appreciative for her gesture.
The young gentleman who helped us was friendly, efficient and so helpful. The experience of getting a storage locker was seamless. I can't say how much we enjoyed speaking to the man. I apologize for not remembering his name, old age I guess.
