The main gate at this CubeSmart location is a constant problem. It just won’t open, and this happens way too often. It’s frustrating to pay for a storage unit but not have reliable access when I need it. Management really needs to fix this issue permanently. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
So far a terrible experience. First day and I cannot access the main gate. Have called customer service several times and was hung up on. Will never recommend
The CubeSmart representative was very helpful, and I got exactly what I wanted.
