I had problems getting into the facility on Sunday. After several calls for help I was told the emergency contact was alerted but never heard from anyone. Called Tuesday to the location and was treated poorly. Called customer service and was told the district manager Mike would be in contact with me. It’s now Thursday and I still haven’t heard anything. From a customer experience perspective, it has been terrible.
When i first started renting with them was awesome. Now not so much, there was a time when the front gate stood up and open. Now it is the smells by the front office smells like dead rats and the building elevator smells so bad of urine. Also to mention you can bearly find someone in the office that has a blinking light for months now. The floors are supposed to have HVAC but it seems like they bearly turn it on. If you can deal with all that please rent from them.
It was clean and access was easy!!!
Clean well managed facility. Staff was courteous and professional. I had to rent a second smaller unit on the spot and was easily accomodated. I would highly recommend renting from Cubesmart. I found it via recommendation and happy i did
