I rented a trailer parking spot at the end of January. They raised the rent in March, and then again in September. That's two rent increases in the span of six months. During that time, they made no upgrades to their trailer parking. The ground is dirt, rather than gravel, and it gets muddy when it rains.
So far so good
Very difficult to work with to reserve a place to park trailers
