Very clean and secured and easy to go in and out, employees are friendly and very helpful
The employees at this facility are rude. They create drama where none is present. They make up stories to justify their poor treatment of customers and they act in a unilateral fashion to carry out personal agendas. The guy with the gray hair seems to have a Napoleon complex. He made numerous accusations towards me and when I refuted those accusations with the simple fact he must be mistaken because I hadn't visited the storage for over 45 days he dropped all pretense and made it clear he just wanted to harass someone. I returned to Cubesmart after a year away. The service provided was incredible before and it has gotten better. They are patient and walked me through the entire process of setting up my storage unit. What is great is that they are actually on site and will stop what they are doing to answer questions. If you are using another company, you do not know what you are missing.
I have been with CubeSmart for approx 10 months and I still feel that John and Esmeralda are exceptionally helpful and there when I need them which is very important with regard to renting a storage space at CubeSmart. They were both great help from the start in getting me set up with the right storage unit for the right price. I am very pleased with the security and I am happy I chose CubeSmart. John is an exceptional Manager! I feel safer with him there!
