We rented a few units on and off during a remodel and then selling our house and moving. The whole process is streamlined and easy. We were able to rent on a holiday and get access that day. The employees are kind and helpful.
John was very professional and quick to assist with all of our questions. He helped us resolve everything we were concerned about in a clear and efficient way. The storage facility itself is very clean, everything looks brand new, and the electronic locks make access simple and secure. A very modern place and great service overall. Excellent service!

Was recommended by a friend to check the place out. The check in process and ease of access are amazing. Climate controlled so my artwork and music equipment won't suffer. Staff is pretty friendly and will seek out solutions to any problems, if any should arise. Music throughout is mostly classic rock with 80s and goth randomly mixed in. The other tenants ive interacted with have been normal. No crazies or people trying to live there. Ive been here almost two years and look forward to more
