I got informed and got into a unit in no time. Robert was full of energy and was so helpful- helped me choose the right size for my needs. The facility is safe, secure-feeling, bright, and clean. Access is simple but multi-layered and very secure. I’m happy with my decision to choose CubeSmart!

The facility is well built. I have been a customer of this place multiple times for short periods. The security has been improved though i believe it needs more security cameras. The prices are similar to other places. They're not cheap. At the time of this review, the general manager of this store is a great person. Very hands on and provides great customer service.

Our visit on 5-6-2026 was wonderful in all aspects. Wesley was very helpful from the time I spoke with him on the phone and until we walked through the door. His customer service is exactly what all front desk staff should have. I really appreciate performance.

The person at the front desk was extremely helpful and walked me thru everything from the location of my unit to the best way to enter etc. I think storage is pricey, however, it’s on par with the storage units companies in the area. It’s clean and easy to access. I wasn’t expecting to pay insurance monthly however.
