My husband just moved his elderly father down here from another state and we needed a storage unit. I came here around 3:30 and was waiting in my car for my husband to meet me there from work so that we could go in together to get a unit. While I was sitting and waiting for my husband this older lady came banging on my window yelling saying I had been there for an hour and I said no I haven't and she yelled I'm not arguing with you, you cant park here and wait on ur kids, this is for customers to park only. The manager Wes is very courteous and provide great service. We move into a large unit and finished late passes access time and yet he came out and spoke to us very nicely make sure we’re all ok. Thank you Wes.
