Sandy is a great worker, clearly knows her stuff. I probably would have reconsidered renting here if it wasn't for her making the entire process so fast and easy that I couldn't really think it through. But the extra fees and charges they add on to your rent is insane. $20 for the lock, $30 'admin fee', $12 requires protection fee, thats $62 not even counting rent. Mind you, I'm renting the smallest option avaliable, $62 +rent for a 5x5 room is not worth it.
