I went to check out the unit I paid for today. What I found was absolutely unacceptable. The overhead door was open with no way to close it, as the pad used to enter the access code was not functional and had no power to it, so any transient or critter passing by could waltz right in with full access to the facility. I was not aware of the absence of any type of elevator as my unit is on the second floor. I have had to move my property twice and both Kayla and Sara have been very helpful at making the move easy. I highly recommend this place if you need storage.
Getting set up with a unit was easy. The lady working was polite and informative.
