The Cubesmart at 1901 East University has had a door out of service for SEVERAL MONTHS due to a keypad issue. It's incredibly inconvenient if your storage unit is on that side of the building. I've placed several calls written emails, and stopped in to talk to the employees. No resolution has happened. I was told by one of the staff that they had put in a service request, but apparently it was not a priority. I was told 4 times that the District Manager would call me about the issue, but to date, I haven't received a respons... read more
Store # 5393 is the Best/ cheap storage unit I ever went to the workers are nice and helpful and wasn’t rude like most storage places
