I have been renting from cubes marty for awhile now, the ladies that run this are very helpful, they answer my questions, when I have had any issue they get it resolved, they have great customer service skills, very professional. Only thing I don't like is the rates have gone up some, but, I Checked, they have gone up other places too. Do not rent from here!!! They will never let you close out your account and just keep billing you. I have been trying for months by calling and leaving emails and nobody responds. I am not near the location. Worst part is I rented it online on a Sunday when office was closed but was able to access building only to find a temporary lock on the unit I rented. I live out of state and have been trying to contact them to close my account but they don’t respond to anything. Worst CubeSmart I have ever dealt with.
