Clean, nice, affordable. I only needed the storage for a few months but they increased rent twice in 4 months. They also need to hire 24 hour security as they have homeless people living in some of the units. They know and were working on the issue but still, 24 hour roving security would have solved that issue immediately.
My rate went from 180 to 300 in one year from frequent rate increases.
I used my storage unit to assist my move to from Henderson to Las Vegas, the team at the facility were very helpful in getting me settled in.While, my stay was short 2 months I had no issues and I would recommend this particular storage unit.
