I had to change my review from five Stars to one star. When I showed up at my unit today I could not get in. Both doors are broken so I can only get my things during office hours which would be nice except I work during office hours. I picked this location specifically because I could access it until 10:00 at night and now it is simply a place that is holding my things hostage. Great environment, Jerry is the guy. He is friendly, chill, and funny. He has all the answers to your questions. Attention to detail is great. He is able to get in and out and send you in your way in a short amount of time. This place is a must, great prices.
The entire process with CubeSmart was great. From the first call for a quote to meeting Jerry, store manager, to moving out was easy. No surprises or issues. Jerry was very helpful and made the process very smooth. I highly recommend CubeSmart.
