Place is extremely clean. Customer Service is always great. Kelly is very informative and always willing to help. It’s also 24 hours so that’s a plus.
Horrible place l, has no concrete floors , they change the gate codes randomly with out informing the tenants, they try to collect 30 days before the bill is due and they change the prices when ever they see fit . Do not recommend this place ….! Also the staff does not care about helping you to help them resolve the issues. All the good reviews are for the old management or they are fake their is not one good thing about this units other than the old original price.
I would like the public to know that this storage facility fails to provide the correct security and definitely recommend never getting a storage unit or outside unit of this facility. My travel trailer was Stolen from this facility, September 4. They declined to help me whatsoever and getting compensated for this stolen travel trailer Even after police reports were made and would not release any footage to try and assist with their investigation.
