Ms.Monica is the best employee ever. She walked me around the storage unit, walked me through pricing and made sure I never felt dumb when asking a question or when I didn’t understand! This is the best place ever!
The staff is nice as are the units. However, they only have 1 cart available for customer use. My unit is on the second floor and I've tried for a week to use a cart to take my large boxes up to my unit. I have yet to even SEE a cart. If I'd known this beforehand I would have chosen another facility. 1 cart for so many units is ridiculous! BEWARE Before You rent a unit, unless you have your own personal dolly, you will most likely be hauling everything you plan on storing by hand. They give the excuse people steel them. Relatively cheap. But they have only cart and both times I’ve been it’s unavailable, so be careful of booking one of the non drive up spaces as it can make loading and unloading very difficult.
