Great customer service from Phil, he cut his lunch short to take care of me and helped me with the right unit.
Super friendly staff and amazing prices. Very clean facility with easy access to bith sides of the building. Both entrances have a large overhang so you don't get rained on when loading/unloading.
I came in at the last minute not realizing the time and Phillip got me setup auickly, painlessly, and professionally. He was an absolute gem to work with and I hope he teaches others in the company his customer service skills. Thanks again, Philip! The building seems to be in very good shape! I look forward to having my items stored here for some time!
The manager Phil was so helpful. He went above and beyond. He was very kind and great sense of humor. Went in and he took care of all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended. Great facility.
