Absolutely terrible experience with staff here. I moved in on a saturday the lady was in a hurry- told me to my homeowners insurance via email and she would credit back my orginal charges for insurance. I emailed it to before even leaving the parking lot, never recieved an email back, never returned my several calls. I called several times because my next bill had their insurance on it. I bought something off Facebook Marketplace and had to meet the person here to get it. Climate controlled, well lit building and reasonably clean. Thats all I can say about it. Was in and out in less than 5 min. and we didn't discuss the storage logistics at all.😁
