Moving at a moments notice is extremely stressful. I came here to find a unit to house my belongings while i look for housing. Mark was absolutely wonderful. He showed me some units and help me figure out which would be best suited for my needs. I never felt pressured to buy now and was made to feel like my business was valued. That is rare these days. I appreciate Mark at the Barber Ave location in Worcester and I will be back to sign papers soon!!!!
Mark was great and very helpful, I've never had a storage unit before and was stressed out but he calmed my nerves, I feel safe leaving my things here with these nice guys.
Very nice facility, ordering a unit online was simple for customers to maneuver through, and the staff checks in with us to see if we've been able to access our unit or need more help in-person. They care for the customer and provide excellent services, providing assistance and equipment that makes moving your belongings quick and easy.
