I was really impressed with the staff at CubeSmart’s West Chester location—they were clear, concise, and made the whole process efficient and pleasant. The facility itself is spotless, easy to access, and clearly a well-maintained new build.
I placed an order online on Saturday for a storage unit. Online they state their hours for Saturday are 8:30-5, I went at 8:40 and again at 2:30 and the door to the office was locked and no one answered when I called online. I was able to get into the unit fine but I was charged for a lock for my storage unit which is fine but no lock was provided in the unit I arrived. Nice unit but not a great first impression, will most likely try another storage unit if I need storage service
Ed was fantastic working with us to select the right unit and going over all the details. I would 100% recommend.
