+1 star for James and the excellent check in experience which stopped being excellent shortly after check in when the elevator on my side of the building was taken out of service. -1 star for each continuous day the elevator has been out of service since then, as elevators out of service for days on end are not generally an indicator of a well-maintained facility. -1 star for the intentionally dark units.
