Friendly customer service ... Above and beyond. Speaking with Darius was like talking with a friend, he was also polite and courteous with the other guests as well, askingee to wait while he checked them in to. He showed all of us up to where our units were at the same time and it was a comfortable experience. The price was also the most reasonable of any climate control units in the area. I was a little hesitant because of rumors I've heard about the area, but everything is indoors, lots of cameras with very secure locks.

Place is always clean smells good. Every time I have a question the employees are very polite and you get an answer fairly quickly.
