Being a first time storage renter was extremely stressful when it came to searching for one. Esp. The high prices of renting one. Extra space storage tried to charge me over $200 for 10×14 which I think is ridiculous!!! I was just about to give up searching when I heard about Cube smart. I was skeptical about the location of cube smart in Holyoke mass. But, I have to say that it is a super clean and well secured place. I was very impressed. especially, with The general manager "Cathy" who was a pleasure to deal with! She's very knowledgeable, attentive, humble and kind. I'm happy with the service I received esp. I enjoy dealing with Kathy and Darius. Both were 100 % customer service. It is great when associates are concise and go the extra to answer all questions. Cathy took the time to resolve a miscommunication sent by corporate. She also took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you.
Cathy is great! Very customer-oriented and explains the entire process. She even provided a tour of the entire facility before finalizing anything, making sure my needs were met. Highly recommend this establishment!
Went in today to look at a storage unit for an upcoming move. Upon entering, I was greeted by Cathy, who was very polite, professional, and showed excellent customer service. She showed me the storage unit, answered any questions I had, and went over all the details in leasing the unit. The facility is clean and well maintained, and I look forward to storing my stuff there.
