The Cubesmart location in Hooksett is very nice. I had the pleasure with working with Jennifer. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the facility. She was also very helpful when I needed assistance with something.
Good service by jenn and Angel
While facing a complex surgery I needed room in my home for medical equipment. Jenn the Manager at Cube Smart Hooksett NH was incredibly helpful and made sure I was able to face surgery and recovery safely in my own home. I could tell Jenn is very dedicated and pays attention to details - the facility is spotless! I had considered not having a storage unit but Jenn was very knowledgeable about pricing and the size I would need. I’m glad I rented here and can’t thank Jenn enough for making the whole experience a positive one!
Spencer was amazing at CubeSmart quick efficient immediately with my needs. He take the time out his busy to make sure that I felt comfortable with unit where it was and how to access it when needed. The actual place is amazing in terms of size and what you get in comparison. To the competitors around here. Quite literally zero complaints don’t pass this by for another this one tops the cake.
I’m grateful that you guys are open on Sundays! I locked my keys in the car, And thankfully, Spencer was at the front desk. He was extremely helpful Letting me use his phone to call AAA. Spencer also came by afterwards To let me know when they would be arriving. Five star for Spencer, thank you for your help!
