The walk through of units was made super simple and super easy. Lauren definitely went above and beyond making my first storage rental simple and quick. She was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away.

Had a wonderful experience here. Lauren was kind and knowledgeable. Property was nice and clean. Great experience all around.
The manager (Lauren) at this location has had a very unpleasant attitude towards me from the get go. Almost feels like racial profiling. Also. anyone that is in a customer service role but can't acknowledge the fact that their customers are the reason they have that job definetly shouldn't be in a business that deals with people. I have had my business inventory at this location for 3 years but as soon as I find another suitable storage I will be out of there and she will be the reason.
