Rob is Great worker amazing customer service.
Robert is the most rude person here he’s called my phone several times and you can hear and notice the frustration he had.. I don’t deal with him because when I called before he would be absolutely no help at all there’s another lady Kelsey who didn’t answer the call and it was 5 minutes til close but had answered my call just mins before so I was returning the call and no answer so I had to get help by the call center who was amazing I only like to deal with the GENERAL MANAGER WHY BECAUSE HES WILLING TO HELP!! I think my mom is being played for her money she has unit inside for climate control and it’s pretty warm in here not my first time here annd noticed how warm it was!! I told them before about the inside being warm and still nothing done. My storage is climate control and it’s much more colder in there then here
