Rob has great Customer Service Skills and is very informative to questions and an all around friendly store manager
My experience with Cubesmart with Rob and Mr. "D" was very satisfying. Mr. "D" and Rob are both very helpful, kind and attentive. They answered all my questions and showed me where my unit was located. Both gentlemen go above and beyond for there customers. I highly recommend Cubesmart with Rob and Mr. "D". Thank you to both Rob and Mr. D I will be coming back!
Dee and Rob are the absolute best!! They have another employee Lauren who is soo sweet and caring as well! They give such great customer service they are the reason we haven’t left. (We want to though with these outrageous rent increases corporate keeps sticking us… it has gotten to a ridiculous level!) but the staff here are the ONLY reason we haven’t moved out yet! Give them all a raise!!
