First time ever renting out a cube smart storage and I must say Juan is a such a reliable and a pleasurable worker! He helped me with everything I needed to rent a storage room, and the process was so easy. 10/10 rating.
This location is fairly new and clean. My issue is with the price hikes. I started renting the smallest unit available for less than $50/month; less than 3 years later, my rent is at $78/month. Apparently this is a common story, as Cubesmart is counting on people not wanting to go to the hassle of moving out. I suggest only using them if you know you'll be very short-term. Edited to add: I emailed CubeSmart about the price hikes, as suggested in the response to my comment below, and have received no response four days later.
