It’s a pretty facility. However, the Sub Cellar had a flood a couple months back. The insurance they required us to have did not cover damages from a flood. My mattress and dresser had to be thrown out. The following month the initial discount was removed. When asked the manager about contacting corporate regarding any possibility of allowing the discount to continue due to the circumstances, there never was a response.
Such a great great experience here! I’ve used several storage facilities, and I can confidently say that if this place is ever rated #2, then no one deserves to be called #1. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Not only that, and people here also make sure the moving carts are returned to their proper spot for the next person to use.
