Sunny was extremely helpful in helping me secure appropriate storage. I had been checking various storage facilities and Sunny was the only representative I spoke with who treated me like a client instead of number. I chose Cube Smart at a higher rate than other locations because I appreciated her kindness and felt I could reach out to her if I needed assistance
Mice dead everywhere. Most of my stuff that wasn’t tightly closed, not in bins, was ruined with mice crap and pee. My box of clothes they ate my clothes! My suggestion is to put everything in bins possible. Our couch had dead mice in it and poop and pee all over it. Mostly everything thrown out! No one cares either. Most of my life of valuables gone. I will never put my stuff in storage again. Also, You can’t access after they close.
The best customer service I have ever received. The Newark, DE location is the best yet. I have been an intermittent customer for years and have never received such exceptional service. Thank you ladies (Modi and Sunny). I have to add that the establishment was clean and I felt safe. I have to add that over the past years maybe approximately 5 or 6. No one EVER told me about how my homeowners insurance would cover my storage unit. All I had to do was bring in my policy. Like I said in Newark, DE they went above and beyond.
Great customer service. Area extremely clean.
