The manager at this location is a blessing. My father had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his unit due to financial difficulties, leaving me solely responsible for attempting to secure old family heirlooms and photobooks before his unit was to be auctioned off. Sonny, the GM, had my back the entire way through. She was very responsive and communicative in how she assisted this issue, ultimately leading to me getting everything necessary. The facility is clean and well-lit. Maddie is fantastic and a pleasure to work with!
CubeSmart is clean and well run. Maddie is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. However, we had an incident 3 weeks ago that was very upsetting, that the company has not responded to. We got locked inside the gate just before 10pm. Nobody responded to the call button nor to the number on the website. Very concerning and unsafe. We had to call the police to help us. I have left three messages for the manager Chris Mays but he hasn’t gotten back to me. So this negative review and word of mouth will have to suffice.
