Great customer service. Good price and very convenient
They've changed the hours and unable to get into the unit when I need to. Also they raised the rent by 30 a month. Seriously? Less hours to get in AND more money??
So far, I’m extremely pleased w/ CubeSmart. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained (except for the entrance), the unit is roomy and easy to find, and it was very easy to sign up. I’m sort of afraid about hidden charges I’m going to be hit with, but if my bill stays where it is, it’s a reasonable value for money. The entrance: Our front entrance keypad isn’t working, so anyone can get into the building—which has a lot of hiding places—during normal business hours. PLEASE FIX IT
