This location is super clean and the women in the office was so friendly and helpful.
This is for the Phoenixville location. There are a lot of added fees they do not tell you about up front. When I went in to reserve the lady told me the lock was complimentary in your welcome bag, but then I had to pay for it and she said she never said that. They told me they only allowed the cylinder lock; which is the one they sell. However, when I was walking to the storage unit I saw that other units had different locks on them.
