Theresa was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The process was easy & quick. Great service.
Very poor. The desk guy lost our original reservation. He did not remember our conversation then shot us a price that was more than what was promised. I will probably have to complete it he transaction on line and wind up paying for days that I am not using. You have created stress and made my move more difficult. The place is clean but your admin skills are abysmal. Half a star.
The manager was very friendly and quite helpful in getting me the proper sized unit. Our unit was clean and ready for use.
I was honestly surprised. This is my first time using storage and I was hesitant at first. The place is huge and clean. They have everything ready for me and I am so appreciative of the way they handled everything for me. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart. Especially the one in Phoenixville.
