So far, I’m extremely pleased w/ CubeSmart. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained (except for the entrance), the unit is roomy and easy to find, and it was very easy to sign up. I’m sort of afraid about hidden charges I’m going to be hit with, but if my bill stays where it is, it’s a reasonable value for money. The entrance: Our front entrance keypad isn’t working, so anyone can get into the building—which has a lot of hiding places—during normal business hours. PLEASE FIX IT
The people in the office are amazing and very helpful and making a transition from one storage unit to another amazing and less stressful than most places would I would recommend it and five stars all time
Great experience, Theresa was always friendly and helpful, the place was clean, easy access to my unit and across the parking lot from Starbucks to keep my helpers moving.
