Had to get a 2nd unit without notice and she was able to accomodate not only need for a second unit....but one that was adjacent to my original one making my moving experience as easy as she could assist to do so. Very attentive and will do what she can despite her busy schedule to help out her customers...and make them feel that their needs are her top priority!!! Top Drawer...and truly an assest to the CubeSmart organization. She's a keeper!!!! Thanx again Faith!!!
