Edit: Franco called me and confirmed the lock was removed from my unit. He was very nice and I appreciate the call. Please be aware this facility recently transferred management, and that much of this positive review history apply to the prior management company. I am highly unsatisfied with the management of my unit, and will choose alternate storage solutions going forward.
