CubeSmart (2001 Grand Ave., West Des Moines, IA location) You are better off storing your camper/extra vehicle, etc on a random street. They charged me $81.33/month for a small, nasty spot with no cameras, broken fences, unlit and open security gates. Funny part is they MAKE you pay an extra $12/month for their insurance, which that system is an entire other issue. Go anywhere else than CubeSmart....you will thank me. FYI: we went down the street to StorageMart and the manager was phenomenal and the place is actually secure ... read more
I like this place when it was cubesmart. I loved the unit we originally picked out. It was the one with double sliding doors. Then uhual bought it and made us and several other ppl move in order for them turn the units into smaller units. I feel like as a paying customer we shouldn't have to move. The workers were helpful and nice. It's uhaul that we don't like.
