This place is garbage. I literally have paid my rent on time or before. And they raise ur rates every month. Which isn't fair
I was thrilled when Affordable Family Storage made a return to Peoria earlier this year. I wasn’t happy with Cube Smart. Last month I received a notice that monthly rent was increasing from $72.00 ($59.00 + $13.00 renter’s insurance) to $79.00 starting June 1. Looked at my checking account this morning and saw a debit for $92.00! So I called the AFS home office and was told that the rent had increased to $79.00 + $13.00 insurance = $92.00. Very affordable
The facility is very clean and very secure. Last evening I was attempting to enter and… I triggered the AFS phone number in error and early the next morning the response team called me to follow up. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them so quickly. I was having problems with my access code. However, my daughter had one as well and I used hers. AFS issued me a new code within minutes… Thanks!!! While I have your attention… The light above is NOT working. Please repair or provide 110v outlet so I can use my own light. T... read more
