Absolutely terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. We rented a unit over the summer to store my MSU student's college furniture. The sign-up process was easy, and we received a good rate. I specifically asked for 24/7 access to the unit, and received an email confirmation from the onsite management granting us this 24/7 access. I've been renting here almost a year (when this was Storage Sense), and I paid for more than a year in advance. Unfortunately this business has now been purchased by "Prime" and they are changing their terms of service, of course making things more expensive in the process, and will no longer honor my existing agreement. I guess that's how business is done these days, but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Jaymee was so helpful and answered all my questions last night!! Thank You!! I reduced my review, although the above review is still true, because I got a $30 price increase after just a few months of being there. It's not worth it to me, so I will probably start searching elsewhere for storage units.
