I don't normally leave reviews but I was extremely impressed with this storage facility. From the phone call to the tour Jayme helped me all the way. I currently rent from a storage facility in the area and i have never received the customer service i have by Jayme. She was so friendly. Knowledgeable, and answered every question I asked. After shopping around a few different storage places, I’ve come to the conclusion that storage sense is the best option for me. Speaking with Natalia on the phone was a pleasure, she was helpful, insightful and explained everything in detail. In the past I have dealt with several people from other businesses who sound like they don’t even want to be doing the job that pays them, but this was not the case! Hopefully others have the same experience I did, wonderful place and people!
I would strongly recommend this place. Easy to setup, easy to use. Really came in clutch for us after recently moving to East Lansing.
This is by far my favorite storage unit facility! The management is always so kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. They truly work with you to meet your needs and make the whole process stress-free. The units are clean, well-kept, and secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my things are safe. I really appreciate how accommodating and friendly the staff is every time I stop by. It’s rare to find a place that treats you with this much care and respect.
