Had a good experience - customer service was very good from starting with call center to ending with Michael at the East Lansing facility. Good communication and easy to work with. Was able to secure with small deposit, which I liked so I could have a couple of more weeks before starting rental. Prices are a little higher than others, but still reasonable. We rented here last summer and like the location and ease of use.

Best storage experience I’ve had to date. I knew I would be storing my items here a few minutes after meeting Jayme regardless of price. Little did I know their price was more than right. Typically I wouldn’t write a review but the dedication to customer satisfaction here is unmatched, Jayme remembered me immediately even though I came back much later than I originally mentioned.
